How to apply correctly

For first impressions, there’s no second chance. This is especially true for your application. Your application should give us a brief, clear outline of your qualifications, interest and your personality. You may find it easier if you take note of the tips below:

1. Start with an informative letter of application
  • We want to get to know you: take the time to introduce yourself.
  • We want to know what motivates you: Which position are you applying for, and why are you interested in this role in particular? Why are you particularly suitable for this position?
  • Don't repeat yourself: The letter should complement the details in your CV, not simply reiterate them. This is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, to fill out any gaps in your CV and to show us your real interest in taking on a role with our company.
2. Structure your CV
  • Take careful note of the structure: set out your CV in table form starting with your most recent or current role. Try to limit your CV to 1-2 pages.
  • Stay on topic: restrict yourself to a few succinct sub-points for each post and tell us information that is relevant to the position you're applying for - but don't overload your CV.
3. Raise our interest
  • Be confident: show us what you can do and why you would be an asset to our team. Make us curious!
  • Give us a glimpse of your personality: tell us in your CV about your hobbies and personal interests. Tell us in your letter why we need you working for us!
How the choice is made

As soon as your application reaches us, our HR department creates an initial shortlist. The manager of the department then checks your application thoroughly. If your documents impress us, our HR department will contact you and invite you to attend an interview. 

If you want to work as a skilled or temporary worker, we are also happy to receive shorter applications.
